St. Davids, PA Community Guide for Buyers and Sellers

Located in Radnor Township, St. Davids is an unincorporated community within Delaware County that is also situated just 15 miles from Philadelphia.

This community is served by its own train station and is also home to the main campus of Eastern University, a four-year liberal arts university that is also affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA.

Named after St. Davids Church (an 18th century church in the area that was named for St. David, the patron saint of Wales), this community’s name is correctly spelled without an apostrophe.

Today, this community is a popular place to live because of its beautiful neighborhoods, its friendly residents and its excellent location near Philadelphia.

This community also happens to be located near Interstate 476 as well as Lancaster Avenue, giving residents living here easy access to regional amenities in the area that include shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
