Up Close and Personal
#1 on the Main Line
"Name a house on any Main Line street, and I can probably describe it," says Robin Gordon with a smile. She knows these neighborhoods with the easy familiarity of a lifelong resident. She has traveled these roads as a Realtor, a runner, a mom of three, and a college student with a passion for architecture. For Robin, the Main Line is not just homes. It's home. In her back yard, Robin has been the top selling agent for the last 15 years according to Trend MLS (as of August 31, 2015) for the combined area of Lower Merion, Radnor, Tredyffrin, Easttown and Haverford Townships.
Philadelphia Business Journal’s
2015 Residential Broker of the Year
A real estate Associate Broker with a Master's Degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, Robin is one of Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach’s most successful agents. Since 1990, Robin has consistently ranked among the Top 100 Prudential Realtors in the nation, and was ranked in the Top 10 – twice. In 2014, The Robin Gordon Group sold $159 million of Main Line real estate, and was ranked #4 in the nation by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
The “Professional's Professional”
Robin attributes her success to her vast personal and professional network, which alerts her to desirable listings before they hit the market. As a former VP of commercial Real Estate Acquisitions for an investment banking firm, Robin spent a decade crafting complex deals. The experience made her an expert in property valuation and creative financing, and taught Robin how to negotiate firmly without being adversarial - an invaluable skill when closing a sale. Her elite skill set ensures the best possible outcome when challenges arise - as they did when Robin helped a client acquire two plots of land in order to build a large estate.
Sellers of fine homes count on Robin's market presence and sterling reputation to attract the right buyers for their properties. Day or night, Robin’s clients know they will receive a quick response to their call, text or email. This spirit of service extends to the larger community, where Robin serves on the Trustees Council of Penn Women, on the board of the Penn Field Hockey Team, and as an active supporter of the Setting Scoliosos Straight foundation.
"When you think about all the ways you can make a difference in someone's life, finding them a home has to rank pretty high. I'm a good listener and a hard worker, I love helping people – and I thrive on being where the action is. I couldn't ask for a better career.”
